Our Accommodations
We offer clean, modern accommodations that will suit your comfort need. Each room is elegantly furnished and comes with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Our cozy king bedroom, spacious living area, full kitchen and modern bath with full sized laundry will be just the touch you need for your Blue Rapids stay. We have a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests.(4 max)

Our Location
The Overlook Guest House is located at 40 Public Square, on the south side of the Historic Square in downtown Blue Rapids, Kansas. Your approach to the building will likely include a short drive around the oldest roundabout in the State of Kansas. The building is a historic 1904 limestone structure with a very modern interior finish. The Guesthouse is on the second floor and accessed up a flight of stairs. There is a lift chair available for those with mobility issues, however the building is not ADA compatible due to its age. Our location offers easy access to some of the best sights and activities in northeast Kansas. Visit The Blue Rapids Museum, The Oregon Trail, Alcove Spring and the The Pony Express Museum. We have gravel, mountain and road biking, hiking trails, local museums and excellent walk-in hunting and fishing access close by.
